The guide covers both the contemporary and historical features of the area through photography, paintings and textual commentary. It also contains a detailed map giving towns and other locations to assist travellers in their journey. The publication is laminated on both sides and also makes for an excellent souvenir of the area. It has already sold many thousands of copies in various editions over the years and been a popular publication with both travellers and holiday-makers.
