Our 2019 Australian Food Awards Gold Medal winning sauce, Fatalli Mango is a wonderful taste sensation. At first you get the sweetness of mango, garlic and spices and then 5 seconds later the heat kicks in at the back of your throat. 
 
Great as a marinade for chicken (especially wings) and pork, as well as a dressing for both salad and coleslaws.
